"At the height of the pandemic, I lost both of my parents. My mother left first and not long after that, my father followed her steps.

It was the most heartbreaking thing I had to endure but at the same time I am glad that they are no longer in pain or sadness. I created these drawings as a way to cope with their departure. In my heart, I hope they are reunited in a beautiful place, having a date, somewhere only the both of them knows. I want to celebrate their life and love together."

CANCELLATION

If for whatever reason you do not wish to continue with your order after your payment, you are obliged to pay the full price quoted on your booking confirmation. You are not eligible to receive any refunds, neither partial nor in full, of payments already made by you to LOULOUROSE nor are you eligible for price reductions related to your order still due to be paid.

SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER

All orders are shipped immediately upon completion. Our customer service team will update the tracking number as soon as possible. Please also allow ONE additional day for the courier company to update your shipping status, any delay in updates from the courier company is out of our responsibility.

Our customer happiness team always obliges for requests of photos & videos of customer products however take note that LOULOUROSE does not owe any documentation work in the form of photo or video throughout the various stages of your order from design to completion.
