Please understand that since all LOULOUROSE pieces are handcrafted and not mass-produced, slight variations from the product photographs are not considered a flaw and therefore is not a reason for return or exchange.

We encourage all customers to document the unboxing process. This video can be submitted to us in the event that you have received a wrong or faulty item that is an error on our part, please contact us immediately either via WhatsApp or email sales@loulourose.co. Kindly attach the unboxing video, your order ID within 24 hours and we will fix this as soon as possible. In the event of a valid return/ exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number) involved for returning the item. Make sure to mail it back along with the certificate of authentication, velvet pouch and box. We do not provide returns for items that have been incorrectly ordered or items that have been shipped to the incorrect address provided.  

Should the returned item not meet the return guidelines below, LOULOUROSE has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

All returns must be:

- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

 

Refunds & Store Credit

Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

Do you provide size exchanges?

We do not provide size exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong size, you can send it back to us for alterations at a small fee. Contact us for more information.

We do not provide returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene purposes. We do not provide cash refunds for returns, only store credits. All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final. All sale items are final, non-changeable and non-refundable.

Do you issue cash refunds?

No, we do not issue cash refund. We only issue refunds in form of store credit.

Store credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Sale, vouchers, coupons, shipping fees, and other promotions will not be returned to your store credit. LOULOUROSE reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criteria. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (deducted from store credit), or discarded if you do not claim it within 7 days after we notify you.

Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being discarded.

By sending your item(s) back to us, you have understood and agreed upon all the terms and conditions mentioned above. Please do not proceed with the return if you are uncomfortable with any of the stated terms. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

How long is the store credit valid for?

Store credits are valid for a year after it is issued.

What if I have store credit from your previous website?

All store credits are valid for one year period after issuance, therefore store credits issued before that can no longer be used.

I don’t live in Indonesia. Can I still return my items?

Absolutely!

Do note that you will be held responsible for all shipping and related fees when you send us your returns. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit, so please use a trusted courier with a tracking number to be safe.

Please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by you. In the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.
