All orders will be processed as soon as payment is received (with the exception of public holidays). All chats & emails will be replied during the working hours Monday to Saturday 9-5 (except public holidays). Any chats & emails outside those hours will be replied as soon as possible.

Refrain from using offensive language or verbal insults towards our customer happiness team. Keep a high level of integrity throughout your shopping journey with us by respecting the dignity, rights and differences of our working process. LOULOUROSE reserves the right to cancel your order without refunds in case of serious misconduct from your side.

CANCELLATION

If for whatever reason you do not wish to continue with your order after your payment, you are obliged to pay the full price quoted on your booking confirmation. You are not eligible to receive any refunds, neither partial nor in full, of payments already made by you to LOULOUROSE nor are you eligible for price reductions related to your order still due to be paid.

SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER

All orders are shipped immediately upon completion. Our customer service team will update the tracking number as soon as possible. Please also allow ONE additional day for the courier company to update your shipping status, any delay in updates from the courier company is out of our responsibility.

PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION

Our customer happiness team always obliges for requests of photos & videos of customer products however take note that LOULOUROSE does not owe any documentation work in the form of photo or video throughout the various stages of your order from design to completion.

IMAGE RELEASE

For the purpose of our business development, LOULOUROSE would seek to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all photos & videos of customer products throughout the various stages of your order from design to completion in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.
