Content Creator (WFO or WFH)

We are looking for a curious, social-savvy content creator with a range of content creation tools at their disposal, and a proven ability to execute unique digital assets across platforms. This role will report and collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director. 

EXPECTATIONS

  • Produce organic social content as determined by calendarized needs. 
  • Must have a visually elevated, forward-thinking, and channel-appropriate approach to jewelry content creation. 
  • Ability to create and collaborate with other team members.
  • Handy in a pinch, able to improvise on creative solutions.
  • Occasionally travel for event-specific opportunities (events, capturing BTS in workshop, etc).
  • Become a brand ambassador, fully versed in all aspects of the LOULOUROSE brand and experience!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has worked in social media and has an understanding of evolving content trends. 1 year experience creating digital content for IG and TikTok required. Any other social media proficiency will be a plus point.
  • A proven background in creating content for brand-led social initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in content capture — inclusive of static imagery (iPhone, DSLR), short-form video, gifs, or animation.  
  • A strong technical background using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator OR other editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, Canva etc.
  • Willing to appear in front of camera.
  • Able to stage simple prop styling and lighting.
  • 1 month probation to start.

MONTHLY DELIVERABLES

  1. Create 4 engaging Instagram Stories (IGS) per month.
  2. Craft 5 Reels per month.
  3. Producing 8 TikTok videos per month.
  4. Provide assets such as photos and videos for commercial use
3D Jewelry Designer (WFH)

As a 3D Staff member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and designs for our jewelry collection. Your expertise in 3D modeling software and attention to detail will be crucial in bringing our jewelry concepts to life. This role will report and collaborate closely with the Production Manager & Product Development Team. 

EXPECTATIONS

  • Ensure that the 3D models align with the desired specifications, including size, shape, and proportions.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that the 3D models can be translated into physical jewelry pieces.
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in 3D modeling and jewelry design.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to translate 2D jewelry designs into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous 3D modeling work, specifically in the field of jewelry design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Matrix or Rhino.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

MONTHLY DELIVERABLES

Able to produce TWELVE (12) 3D renderings within a month.This role will report and collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director. 

Marketplace Manager (WFO)

We are seeking a marketplace manager with a deep appreciation for the e-commerce landscape and a passion for creating a wonderful shopping experience for our customers. Your goal is to discover performance opportunities within the shopping funnel and communicate your insights to the business.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Manage product sales performance in all marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, marketing, and sales techniques.
  • Produce sales & marketing strategies to optimize sales in marketplace.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in handling e-commerce and proficient in Indonesian marketplace features (Shopee & Tokopedia).
  • Understand CEO & Copywriting (Bahasa Indonesia or English).
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with small, cross functional teams.
